| Springvale Farm Co-op current main activity is small scale horticulture farming consisting of open field potato, mealies, butternut and sugar beans. We also maintain a livestock level of 50 ewes and 1ram. We are piloting a hydroponic project for spinach. The 12 hectare farm’s location is adjacent to the Springvale Village (commonly known as Qelana village) near the city of Mthatha, Eastern Cape, South Africa. |
